Molly was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career at the age of thirteen in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. After that, she portrayed Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated to win a Barrymore Award. After her Broadway debut aged 15, she reprised this character and received an award from the Drama League Award. Molly was also in the cast of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club Membership and earned an B.A. Then she attended Princeton University, where she was a part of the Triangle Club and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the year 2008. Also, she appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly started her acting career following graduating with Off-Broadway performances, which included End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has appeared in regional plays like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington the Stage Company and the North Shore Music Theatre's production of 2008 and Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly is well-known for her role as Ali, a teenage daughter in Paranormal Activity 2, a film that was released in 2010. Jack Burditt wrote and directed.
